Preparing Your Body


Introduction

Why do people meditate? Most people would answer you, 'to relieve from stress'. A yoga master would say 'to tap to the spiritual level or plane'. Some would say both.

What if i told you i could make you stronger than the strongest man you meet at the street with in 2 minutes? This is 100% possible and i will teach you how to do it.

There are a few form of meditation. What you will learn here is the basic and extreme.

There are religious groups or institutions that don't agree in learning/practicing meditation. I don't care what your religion is, but if you want to learn you are welcome.

Remember, prayer is also a form of meditation.

Lets Get Busy (Basic Meditation)

Before we begin it is important to calm your mind and body before you meditate. Go to
your room. Close the door and windows and make sure everything is quite. Remove all metals that you wear(e.g. rings, earings). Sit in a skwat/cross leg position just like in the picture above.

Sit straight and don't think of your work or problem. Close your eyes and relax. Feel the beat of your heart. Breathe slow as you listen to your heart. Focus on your energy centers. Feel them growing stronger.

Note and Advice

Practice and practice more... Meditate atleast 15 minutes. It is best if you meditate before you sleep and after you wake up. If you feel you're getting dizzy or fainting, thats normal, your body is not used to absorb to much energy. But, you'll get used to it if you meditate often. If don't feel any changes at all, I advice you to wait for my next post. Opening the Energy Channels, we'll force your energy centers to open and feel it blast.

Introduction to Life and Its Hidden Power

Have you heard of the phrase "all living things are connected"? Some of you may and some may not. On my search and experience, all beings are connected through our life force. Humans and animals have 7 energy centers or what they call as chakras. You can read articles about chackras, zen etc but these articles just give you few informations. There are also videos which you could buy to streghten your chi/life force, but what if you can't do the exercises for some reason. Dont get confused, lets just call all of this as 'life force', they're all the same anyhow.

Chakra Basics (Short Info)

1. Root/Base Chakra - located at the base spine. Survival Instinct, Seurity and Grounding
2. Sacral/Sex Chakra - Located below the navel. Emotions,Sexuality, Intimacy.
3. Navel Chakra - Solar Plexus. Energy, Vitality, Desire and Power
4. Heart Chakra - Center of the Chest. Love, Hope, Compassion
5. Throat chakra - Throat. Communictaion, Creativity, Healing
6. Third Eye Chakra - Center of the forehead. Calirevoyance, Intuition, Psychic Senses.
7. Crown Chakra - Top of the head. Understading, Cosmic Consciousness, Enlightenment.
